How to use Agama Technologies

End-to-end guidance for vendors, buyers, and guests across ValueSphere, RevenueForge, ProcurePath, and Engagement Rooms.

Updated for current release

Getting Started

Start here

Agama supports vendors (sales, CS, value engineering) and buyers (procurement, finance, legal, security). Guests are external collaborators invited into Engagement Rooms for specific projects.

Sign in or sign up

  • From the landing page, click the main call to action to launch your workspace.
  • Authenticate with your organisation's SSO or email via WorkOS—no separate passwords to manage.
  • If you're new, you'll be guided through creating your profile inside the workspace.

What you see after login

  • The workspace shell with the sidebar on the left and your main dashboard in the center.
  • Applications for your role: ValueSphere and RevenueForge for vendors, ProcurePath for buyers.
  • Engagement Rooms to collaborate with customers, partners, and guests.

Platform Concepts

Foundations

Organisations

Vendor organisations use ValueSphere and RevenueForge to run sales and success. Buyer organisations use ProcurePath to manage vendors, contracts, and renewals. Some organisations use both suites.

Users & guests

  • Full users are internal teammates with broad access to their organisation's rooms and tools.
  • Guests are external collaborators invited into specific rooms. They only see the rooms they join.
  • License tiers map to what you can access: full users see the full suite; guests get focused room access.

Roles & access

  • Organisation roles: owners set policy, admins manage users and settings, members do day-to-day work, viewers have read-only visibility.
  • Room roles: room admins manage membership and settings, editors contribute to updates and boards, viewers can follow along.
  • You only see Engagement Rooms and data for organisations and rooms you belong to.

Vendor Suite

ValueSphere & RevenueForge

ValueSphere

Use ValueSphere for value discovery, Navigator assessments, and structured value stories to guide customers.

  • Start an assessment: Open ValueSphere and create a new Navigator assessment for your prospect.
  • Capture insights: Record answers, metrics, and qualitative notes directly in the assessment.
  • Review & share: Use the generated value story to brief stakeholders or attach to an Engagement Room for collaboration.
  • When to use: Early to mid sales cycle to frame impact and align on outcomes.

RevenueForge

RevenueForge is your deal cockpit for meeting prep, follow-up, and capturing actions across accounts and opportunities.

  • Open an account or deal: Pick the account you want to work on and review opportunities.
  • Log meetings & notes: Capture meeting details, next steps, and owners so nothing is lost.
  • Use AI summaries: Where available, trigger AI-assisted summaries to quickly recap discussions.
  • When to use: Throughout the sales cycle, feeding key deals into Engagement Rooms for joint work with buyers.

Buyer Suite

ProcurePath

ProcurePath keeps your vendor relationships organised—from inventory to contracts and negotiations.

  • View vendors: Open ProcurePath to see your vendor inventory and relationships.
  • Track contracts & renewals: Review key agreements, renewal dates, and owners.
  • Review notes & strategy: Keep negotiation context and risk notes together.
  • Connect to rooms: For priority vendors or renewals, create an Engagement Room to collaborate with the vendor on issues, documents, and milestones.

Engagement Rooms

Collaboration hub

A room is a shared space between a vendor organisation and a buyer organisation around a project, account, or vendor relationship. Rooms span pre-sale, onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

1. Finding your rooms

  • Open Engagement Rooms from the sidebar.
  • The list shows each room's title, status, and activity. Select one to open its workspace.

2. Creating a room

  • Click Create room.
  • Select the vendor organisation and buyer organisation, then name the room.
  • The creator becomes the room admin and can manage members and settings.

3. Messages

  • Use the Messages section to post updates, questions, or decisions.
  • Messages build a timeline that keeps everyone aligned on context.

4. Project board (issues)

  • Add issues for tasks, risks, or questions.
  • Use statuses like Not started, In progress, Completed, or Stuck.
  • Assign people, set due dates, and leave notes—for example onboarding steps, technical checks, or risk mitigation.

5. Deliverables & milestones

  • Define milestones and key outcomes with owners.
  • Link related issues and track statuses to spot at-risk work early.

6. Documents

  • Upload files to the room so both sides can view or download.
  • Use comments to capture feedback in context.
  • For high-value docs like contracts, SoWs, or implementation plans, use AI validation to highlight risks and questions.

7. Members & guests

  • View room members to see who is involved.
  • Internal users are added by your admins or room admins.
  • Invite external guests by email so they can collaborate. Guests see only the rooms they join and cannot search your full org directory.

AI Copilots

Assistive, not replacement

AI helps you summarise and validate work in Engagement Rooms, but human review always comes first.

  • Room summary: Use the AI room summary button to get a concise recap of recent activity—great for quick briefings.
  • Status report: Generate an AI status report to highlight progress, blockers, and risks you can paste into an update.
  • Issues grooming: Let AI review issues to suggest priorities or clean up descriptions before a planning session.
  • Document validation: On documents, choose AI validate to surface risks, obligations, or missing details before sharing widely.
Use AI outputs as a starting point—always review and adjust to match your organisation's standards.

FAQs & Troubleshooting

Quick help

You may not have access to rooms yet. Ask your admin to add you to an organisation or room.

If you're a guest, you won't see the full organisation directory. Ask a room admin to add the right people.

Reach out to the teammate who invited you or contact support so they can resend the invite.

Check the Platform Concepts section on this page or ask your admin. Guest accounts have limited directory access and see only their rooms.
